The participants for tomorrow night's UFC debut on Fuel TV all made weight in front of UFC Fan Club members and media in attendance at the Omaha Civic Auditorium on a chilly day in Omaha, Nebraska. The stare-downs did not provide much to heat things up inside. The lone exception being Tim Means (16-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC). "The Dirty Bird" had some words for his lightweight counterpart, Bernardo Malgahaes (11-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC). The stare-down between the two intensified almost immediately, and carried on well after UFC President Dana White gave the "ok" to separate.

The highlight of the weigh-ins came when middleweight newcomer Sean "The Destroyer" Loeffler (25-5 MMA, 0-0 UFC) emerged from behind the curtains. He started tossing t-shirts, hats, and money into the crowd. This no doubt won him the crowd's approval, which may come in handy for his UFC debut. Everything else went according to plan, including Omaha-native Jake "The Juggernaut" Ellenberger's (26-5 MMA, 5-1 UFC) trip to the scale. The fan favorite, and his opponent, perennial contender, Diego "The Dream" Sanchez (23-4 MMA, 12-4 UFC) both weighed in at 170 pounds for their headlining bout.
