Gustafsson And Johnson Collide For Number One Contender Spot
History will be made when Swedish superstar and No. 1 ranked light heavyweight contender Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson meets No. 3 ranked knockout artist Anthony “Rumble” Johnson on Saturday, Jan. 24 in Stockholm, Sweden to determine the next UFC light heavyweight title challenger. The bout will take place in front of more than 30,000 fans at the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm, marking just the second major stadium event in UFC history and the first in Europe.

Anderson Silva And “Shogun” Rua To Coach “The Ultimate Fighter Brazil”
Two of the greatest Brazilian fighters of all time will lead the search for the next generation of Brazilian mixed martial artists, as the UFC and Globo announce that Anderson Silva and “Shogun” Rua will coach the fourth season of “The Ultimate Fighter Brazil.” In this season’s format, the two coaches will not fight each other at the conclusion of the series.

Weidman Out, Hendricks vs. Lawler To Headline UFC 181
The UFC announced today that Middle- weight Champion Chris Weidman has suffered a hand injury in training and has been forced out of his fight with Vitor Belfort on Dec. 6 in Las Vegas. The fight will be rescheduled to a later date. As a result, UFC Welterweight Champion Johny Hendricks will take on No. 1 contender Robbie Lawler in the main event of UFC 181 on Dec. 6 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

UFC Settles Piracy Lawsuit
Zuffa today announced the resolution and settlement of its lawsuit against Steven Messina filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York by Zuffa, LLC’s anti-piracy counsel, Lonstein Law Office, P.C. Steven Messina, through his attorney, Michael Heitmann, confessed to his illegal behavior and apologized for his actions that resulted in the illegal sharing of UFC content. As part of the settlement, Messina was penalized by the UFC for an undisclosed amount and forced to surrender his computer hardware and software to UFC representatives.
